As a Live Streamer Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and recruiting top-tier live streamers to join our platform. You will collaborate closely with other teams to ensure we meet our growth targets and build a vibrant, diverse community of streamers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and source top live streaming talent across platforms (Twitch, YouTube Live, Facebook Gaming, etc.).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and current live streamers.
• Conduct outreach via social media, email, and other channels to actively engage with live streamers and influencers.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including initial outreach, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Work closely with content, marketing, and community teams to ensure seamless integration of new streamers onto the platform.
• Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on the latest in live streaming and content creation to ensure that our talent pool remains competitive.
• Negotiate contracts and onboarding details to ensure both streamers and the company have aligned expectations.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified live streaming candidates for future opportunities.
• Meet recruitment goals and KPIs in terms of both quality and volume of hires.
• Track and report on recruiting progress and metrics to leadership.

• Minimum 1 or 2 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition roles bonus if experience is in the live streaming or influencer industry.
• We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin speaking clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse talent.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for helping streamers grow and succeed.

Preferred Skills:

• Passion for live streaming, and the creator economy.
• Existing network or relationships with influencers or content creators.
• Experience in contract negotiation and managing talent pipelines.
• Previous experience in recruitment for digital media, entertainment, or tech industries.
